ADVICE ON HOW THE APP CAN HELP YOU
The registration site care4teeth.co.uk has more extensive text help for registering on the App. It highlights the four contact points to help engage and retain your clients.
- Add text to your appointment reminder texts with details on downloading your App.
- Have a poster with QR code, and App videos in the reception.
- Use email templates with BPE for DCP to send to the patient and confirm before leaving your surgery
- Send an automated follow-up email nudging patients regarding oral hygiene advice and your marketing.

Register as a Dentist or DCP in under ten minutes on your mobile. As long as you remember your email, you can update your profile at any time, either via your phone or on a PC, such as when at work with your own pictures available, with your patient's consent. There are further details in the subsection Profiles, on this registration page.

These are instructions are from about two years ago.
There may be some minor changes. On the profile, the marketing section for yourself is by adding links to a YouTube link to videos you prefer, such as tooth whitening, orthodontics, implants, smile makeovers, botox etc. |

These are instructions on registering via your phone.
With the improvements in phone cameras, the photo from the camera may now be too large. To prepare, it may be better to look at some other profiles for inspiration and have photos ready to upload and one of yourself. Also, use your text or the defaults set for a hygienist. |

This is the first video I made on adding your details.
I use screenshots from various resources and cut and paste them into my profile. If the image is too big, I go back to preview the image, reduce the file size, and upload it again. |

I made this about five years ago, and it was applicable for Exact SOE. All dental software will have preloaded templates, and some you or your manager may have set up.
If you have a link for video instructions for different dental software, please forward it. |

This video is about eight minutes long and explains how I have learnt to make videos and how you can modify them.
The reception videos on this site are downloadable, and I'll make a simple video on how to do it. But this shows how you can merge a few videos together. Everything I do is on a Mac and may not apply to PCs. If you use a PC and there are some discrepancies, perhaps you could make a video for me to upload here. |

This is an explanation of how the App can work for you. It utilises all the computer software and hardware that you and your patients use daily. It incurs no further cost in communicating your services and the preloaded prevention advice for all ages.
