PEER REVIEW is the best CPD I found through interaction with other general dentists. Between us, we had various friends who were experts, specialists, or just interested in their field. We paid the presenter with food and drink in the local pub after the talk at a colleague's practice.
We had small group discussions of 10-15 of us with some keynote slides, and for about 90 mins had a lead presenter with interaction. We had one on NEWS by a GP who nearly died from sepsis. Soon all the vital signs for sepsis will be on our watches as predicted here in THE FUTURE.

I was a trainer for twenty years, along with some dental friends, associates in the practices, and those I had trained who settled locally. We ran an informal peer review meeting. You can get all the CPD you need online or through lunch and learn. To learn and get support and advice, this is the best method.
