Your feedback will help me improve it for all of our well-being.
These are the things I struggled with as a dentist, primarily when I worked on the NHS.
1. Enough time to engage with improving their Oral hygiene.
2. Explaining the importance of the screening BPE
3. Explaining the risks of oral cancer, and self-monitoring
4. Promoting and fully explaining treatment options
It's why I made the teeth4life App. It worked well for me, it can work for you.

This one-minute video explains the background of my dental career and how I came to produce the App. It worked for my patients and me. It can save you time, promote your services, and help protect you from litigation.

This longer video explains my path in developing the App. I have used lots of non-dental resources as we get little business training, and IT is not part of our CPD training which seems out of touch with our national aim to be a leader in the global service industry. Understanding new technology and its applications within health and communication of our health message should be a priority.

I retired because I stopped enjoying work. As I'd spent a lot of my time trying to provide prevention within the NHS framework, I thought my time better spent supporting individual dentists and the public. I have since had support from Innovate UK and am trying to improve the App. For it to be of value, we need to collaborate as a profession and with the public. I need your help.
To keep it as a free resource for the public, it needs funding, and as it promotes your services, it promotes and protects you as an individual. As a template, any registered DCP can update their profile in minutes at no cost. You only need to promote your services and practice details to direct patients to your profile. Look me up at my virtual practice in Bristol, teeth4life, for a few ideas.
Please look at the payment page for more details.
The App supports the individual dentist, but it has become clear that some dental businesses prefer it to a practice website. If you have any requests for improvements or feedback, please add them here.
